Associations need to take care if exercising this option, as the Data Protection Act (like the GDPR) demands consent from members if personal information is shared with third parties. Under no circumstances should personal information be shared without first asking your members if they agree (Excel)

National Allotment Society Limited Sponsorship Rules – a template for allotment associations wishing to go down the Coop route to adopt in order to be eligible for NAS sponsorship. These would effectively form the basis of your Constitution/Rules going forward – with the individual site-appropriate rules being added to them (so long as they do not contradict anything in these rules –OR in the revised Oxford City Council allotment rules)
